Lead Objects
Rebecca Roberts joined Herzog & de Meuron in 2009 as an intern in Basel, moving to London to work on The Tate Modern Project in the UK office. After completing her studies, Rebecca returned in 2012 to help deliver the transformation of the Tate Modern, as well as the Blavatnik School of Government in Oxford. Following their completion, she returned to Basel in 2015 to work on a diverse range of high-profile international projects including Stamford Bridge and The Boltons in London, Powerhouse Arts in Brooklyn, New York, Boerentoren in Antwerp and Currie Park Towers in Florida.
Rebecca was promoted to Senior Architect in 2021 and appointed as the Lead of H&dM Objects in 2024. Through H&dM Objects, she manages the production and sale of products designed in collaboration with projects, manufacturers and craftspeople.
Rebecca studied architecture at University of Cambridge and London Metropolitan University CASS School of Architecture. She gained her Part 3 certificate from the University of Cambridge to practice as a registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board in the UK. She has previously collaborated with LaMa Studio and Arup Foresight in London.
