342 Quinta Dos

Quinta Dos is a coastal development at the southern tip of Mexico comprising twenty-seven villas and a luxury hotel with one hundred and twenty rooms. The villas and hotel are both expressed as a collection of small volumes clustered together according to program adjacencies. The systematic arrangement of these clusters on an irregular grid combined with the natural slope of the site results in the potential for ocean views from every villa and hotel room, and simultaneously generates a rich and diverse sequence of interior and exterior spaces.
