Lorenz Kössler

Lorenz Kössler joined Herzog & de Meuron in 2023 as a Business Manager and became Head of the Portfolio & Capacity Management department in 2026. In his role as Head, he is responsible for advancing the company’s strategic, financial and operational objectives in day-to-day business. In this context, his department plans, analyses and monitors the Herzog & de Meuron Group’s international project portfolio.

Lorenz holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Konstanz University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. Prior to joining Herzog & de Meuron, he worked for Drees & Sommer in Switzerland with a focus on project management in life sciences, and for CBRE Group Germany in real estate transactions.
