David Theurillat

David Theurillat joined Herzog & de Meuron in 2018 as an IT Project Manager and has since advanced to the role of Lead of IT Services. He is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in application development, backend infrastructure, and optimizing workplace IT operations. He has a diverse background, having held significant IT roles in large international companies and Swiss universities.

Prior to leading the IT Services team, David played a pivotal role in transforming the Business Systems into a comprehensive Business Intelligence platform by implementing a new Project Portfolio Management System. These initiatives significantly enhanced decision-making processes, streamlined operations, and improved overall efficiency within the company.

Leading the IT Services, David manages all core cloud services and on-premise infrastructure globally. His responsibilities include optimizing workplace IT infrastructure and Helpdesk services to provide top-notch support for employees and projects. Additionally, David serves as Member of the Board Digital Practice and Deputy Head of Digital Practice, where he helps shape the strategic direction of the organization’s digital initiatives.
