AUSTIN, USA – On-site at Sixth&Blanco in Austin, Texas, where the mass timber and concrete structure takes shape. The project encompasses a full city block of mixed-use, infill development. As the building rises, it steps back from the street and gradually decreases in density. Shaded courtyards, passages, terraces, and bridges form an interconnected network of outdoor circulation that takes advantage of Austin’s climate, allowing daily life to happen in the open air.
