374.3 New Espel Pavillon Opens

TOGGENBURG, SWITZERLAND, 26 January 2018 – Constructed in only three months, the Espel Pavillon opened to the public at the end of 2017. The timber building accommodates a small restaurant, which leads directly onto the ski and sledge slope.

This is the third project in Toggenburg of Herzog & de Meuron, who also designed the Espel-Stöfeli-Chäserrugg Gondola Lift and Chäserrugg top station.
