Herzog & de Meuron. The Complete Works. Volume 1-3, paperback

To coincide with the 40th anniversary of the practice, Herzog & de Meuron and publisher Birkhäuser launch a paperback edition of the Complete Works. With a soft cover and lighter, thinner paper, this edition is more portable, compact and accessible, while offering the same rich content and large page format at an attractive price.

The first three volumes of the Complete Works are now available as single volumes and as a boxed set of three, with later volumes to follow in sequence. Volumes 1-3 comprehensively present all buildings and designs from the beginnings in 1978 up to the year 1996. The reader follows the development of the practice over the first two decades, from local projects such as the Blue House and Ricola Storage Building to internationally acclaimed projects such as the Tate Modern in London or the Dominus Winery in California.
