Oliver Rohr

Oliver Rohr joined Herzog & de Meuron in 2025 as the Head of Human Resources, where he is responsible for driving the global HR strategy, organizational development, with a strong focus on our people and our working culture across all offices. He is passionate about fostering inclusive and high-performing work environments and aligns HR practice with the firm’s creative and collaborative ethos.

Oliver brings over 15 years of international HR leadership experience from the retail, luxury, and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining Herzog & de Meuron, he held senior roles at Starbucks, where he led HR across multiple European countries and drove major transformation programs in leadership, engagement, and structure.

He previously worked for Sonova and Swarovski, with a focus on compensation, international mobility, and governance. He holds a Master of Arts in Fashion Design and is a certified Mental Health First Aider. Oliver is fluent in German, French, English, and Italian.
