Dana Mentzel

Dana Mentzel is the Lead of Site Operations for Herzog & de Meuron’s Basel locations, where she helps ensure that everyone – from colleagues to clients and guests – feels comfortable and welcome. Dana coordinates the day-to-day work of the Site Operations team, whose responsibilities range from reception and catering to facilities management, while supporting the efficient and thoughtful operation of our offices in Basel. With a background in operations, administration, and customer service, she brings extensive experience in organizational coordination, team support, and front-of-house management.

Before joining Herzog & de Meuron in 2025, Dana held administrative and customer-facing roles across a range of industries, including retail, sales, and office management. Her career reflects a practical, service-oriented approach and a talent for creating efficient, well-organized environments.
