Process

Earlier a hotel marked the edge of the block perimeter.

Façade facing the courtyard; the rear building was part of the ensemble of buildings in the interior of the block and was only redesigned in the interior. When the sun blinds are closed, the building with offices and apartments has the elegant flow of a textile mass.

The bronze guide rails suggest a vertical movement. Basalt floors and black-tinted exposed concrete in the stairway.
