Programmatic site plan and model with the important large neighboring buildings. The striking urban buildings such as market hall and Schlotterbeck garage (since torn down) are imprinted by wide and partly covered courtyards. The building was conceived from the inside out.
From various perspectives the model particularly suggests the characteristics of a crystal grid, which gives the model its consistency and high ability of adaptation to spatial limits without losing its coherency. The text of the design principle is imprinted on the upper side of the model.
