Experienced Architect for French Projects (100%)

Herzog & de Meuron is an international architectural practice based in Basel, Switzerland. Established in 1978, the practice is led by the two founders together with the Partners and the CEO. Today, an international team of over 500 collaborators is engaged in a wide range of projects across Europe, the Americas and Asia. The main office in Basel works in tandem with studios in Berlin, Hong Kong, London, New York Munich, Paris and San Francisco.
To complete our team in Paris, we are looking for an experienced Architect for French projects.
Requirements for the position are:
- Professional degree in architecture;
- 5-10 years in project planning, detailing and construction site supervision. Experience in France is mandatory
- Experience with coordination of consultants;
- Experience with statutory (permitting) and tender processes in France is mandatory;
- Experience with costing, value engineering and construction management preferred.
You enjoy working in an international and creative environment, build relationships and motivate teams of people. Distinct analytical skills enable you to manage the complexity on organizational and coordinative fields and report back to the Project Manager.
Candidate should have excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing both in French and English, as well as strong communication skills.
