Michel Pauli

Michel Pauli first joined Herzog & de Meuron for an internship working on the Actelion Business Center in Allschwil in 2007. He returned to the practice as a Senior Architect in 2020 after having worked as an owner’s consultant and representative on large, complex projects in both Switzerland and the U.S. Becoming Associate Studio Director in 2022, he is responsible for the West Coast office in San Francisco, leading and, as a Project Manager, he is leading the UCSF Helen Diller Medical Center as Project Manager the UCSF Helen Diller Medical Center project andalongside several other project teams across the U.S.

Michel studied at ETH in Zurich and the University of Tokyo, graduating with a master’s Master’s degree in 2010. In 2020, he earned his MBA degree with honors from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
