David Theurillat

David Theurillat joined Herzog de Meuron in 2018 as an IT Project Manager and has since assumed the role of Lead Digital Workplace. He is a seasoned professional with expertise in application development, backend infrastructure, and client management. He has worked for large international companies and Swiss universities, excelling as Head of IT, Product Owner, Senior IT Project Manager, in both classical and dynamic Agile environments, as well as in entrepreneurial endeavors.

Before leading the Digital Workplace team, David played a pivotal role in implementing new Project Portfolio Management Systems and transforming the Business Systems into a comprehensive Business Intelligence solution for the organization. These implementations significantly enhanced decision-making processes, streamlined operations, and improved operational efficiency throughout the company.

As the Lead of Digital Workplace, he is dedicated to optimizing processes and IT operations for all employees. Additionally, as the Deputy Head of Digital Practice, he plays a crucial role in the overall management and strategic direction of the organization’s digital initiatives.
