Stefan Goeddertz began his collaboration with Herzog & de Meuron in 2006. In 2008 he became an Associate of the firm. Among others, Stefan focuses on the building envelopes for projects such as Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Germany; Triangle, Paris, France; and M+, Hong Kong.

Stefan studied at the Academy of Beaux arts, Nuernberg, Germany from 1991 to 1995, graduating with a Diplom Ingenieur. Between 1996 - 2006 he collaborated with Schneider + Schumacher, Frankfurt; Erik van Egeraat Architects, Rotterdam; Dominique Perrault Architecte, Paris; and Burckhardt & Partner, Zurich. He has developed and built various projects in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Spain, Netherlands, Russia, and South Korea.
