Herzog & de Meuron is an international architectural practice based in Basel with studios in Berlin, Munich, London, Paris, Copenhagen, Hong Kong, New York and San Francisco. Our team of over 500 collaborators develops projects of all scales across Europe, the Americas and Asia.


The Info Center is the first point of contact and business card of our house. To complement our internal team, we are looking for an Assistant Info Center (60%)


Your Profile:

– Education in the commercial field
– Fluent in German and English, other languages are a big advantage
– Good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– High willingness to serve, correct manners, well-groomed appearance, and discretion
– Mature personality with quick comprehension and high-quality standards


Your tasks:

– First point of contact and information hub for our employees, suppliers, and guests from all over the world
– Operating the reception/Info Center and the telephone switchboard
– Responsibility for incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
– Administrative support, including handling the mailbox of the Info Center and managing the company cars and meeting rooms
– Collaboration with event Organisators
