• Serves a population of 310,000 people
• One of 16 hospital projects in Denmark in the coming years
• The only new building among six projects located in the Capital Region
• Combines three existing hospitals in Hillerød, Helsingør and Frederikssund

University Hospital
• Outpatient tumor center, laboratories and outpatient nephrology
• Complex brief on a compact inner-city site with existing underground parking structures and landmarked neighborhood surroundings
• 3-part composition: an elongated 3- and 4- story base, a 12-story cube and a 1-story, kidney-shaped pavilion
• The cube is a flexible building with an efficient floorplan
• The pavilion houses nephrology and the dialysis station
• Site Area: 5,760 sqm / 62,000 sqft
• Gross Floor Area (GFA): 50,000 sqm / 538,200 sqft
• Net Floor Area: 26,800 sqm / 288,500 sqft
