PARIS, FRANCE, September 2011 – Ahead of Jacques Herzog’s conference which will take place at the Centre Pompidou in Paris on December 8th, 2011, French art and architecture critic Jean-François Chevrier wrote an essay about Herzog & de Meuron published in the September-December edition of Le Phare, a bimonthly journal created and edited by the Centre Culturel Suisse in Paris.
